Illinois, Friends of Chicago River and Sierra Club v. 401 N. Wabash (Trump Tower) Settlement

The serious violations of the Clean Water Act and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act discovered by Cindy Skrukrud and me in 2017 and being remedied. Trump Tower is being brought into compliance with the law, there will be a supplemental environmental project to remedy the past injury and there will be a small but significant award of attorneys' fees.
